What to put in a first email
Include the matter type, parties involved, documents you already hold, and any key dates. A short summary is enough for an initial assessment — you need not send every file at once. We reply when we have reviewed your note; complex matters may need a clarifying call before scope is confirmed.
The map shows the Telok Ayer neighbourhood at approximate scale — not a street-precise pin on our unit. When you visit, we will confirm floor and access details in the appointment note.
